Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about billing & security.

Is the Open Source & Sandbox plan really free forever?

Yes. Public GitHub and GitLab repositories receive unlimited PR compliance checks and release note generation at $0/month, with no credit card required.

How does seat-based or repository billing work on Pro Team?

Pro Team ($49/month flat base) covers up to 25 active repositories and unlimited contributors in your organization, including Slack/Jira webhooks and Release Hub hosting.

Can we sign in with Google, GitHub, GitLab, or Okta SAML SSO?

Yes. Google, GitHub, and GitLab OAuth are included on all plans. Enterprise SAML 2.0 SSO (Okta, Azure AD, OneLogin, PingFederate) and SCIM provisioning are available on Enterprise Compliance.

Do you store our proprietary source code?

Never. All plans enforce strict Zero Data Retention (ZDR) for Git diffs. Only the resulting compliance metadata and release notes you choose to publish are stored.
